Refund Policy


* Dear User, If you join our portal, you will have to pay a one-time fee for each service. But if you leave our Portal for any reason, your service fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. As for the money in the wallet, that money is yours. You can use that money for any service.


* You will be responsible for any kind of transaction done with your ID.


* While topping up the wallet from the payment gateway, for some reason the payment was deducted from the payment bank and not added to your wallet, then you can mail us at support@sumancsc.com or whatsapp us at 8235130012.


* Money is deducted from your violin while doing any service transaction and, for some reason, the service fails. In that situation, the money is refunded to your violin within 7 working days. Mail on support@sumancsc.com or whatsApp on 8235130012.


* In case of the charge back, if the amount has been reverted back to your source account while service was delivered to the user, then Suman CSC has full rights to recover that amount from user account.
